The Service is a light-hearted daily check-in app that tracks "Chinese-style" habits and offers a playful, Ba Zi-inspired fortune reading. All fortune content is for entertainment purposes only and is not advice of any kind.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the Service in your jurisdiction.

3. Purchases & memberships

• Single fortune readings and VIP memberships are sold as digital goods.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe in USD.
• VIP memberships renew automatically for the chosen period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account.
• Prices and included credits are shown on the Membership page before purchase.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEDLEYBROOK LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
